3 weeks have passed after sitting for the eye Lasik operation, and all i can say is that i was born again!
3 years passed and i was trying to make up my mind whether to do this or not...finally, i booked an appointment with Dr. Samer Mneimneh and flew all the way from Dubai to have my eyes fixed.
My eyes were checked on the first appointment and i got the ok from Dr samer.
on day 2, 8:30am, i was at the clinic. had my eyes scanned, then 9:00am the operation was on.
after 25 min i was out and ready to see.
i felt a burning feeling in my eyes through out the day until the evening...things started to improve by 7:00pm
i was able to check my Email, and type a short one too. i didnt push myself though.
day 2 things went 50% better...the pain was gone...i was still having the sun glasses on.
day 3, i went to the Trap shooting range and shoot 10/10 (didnt push it more although my eyes were great). Drove more than 20Km in the afternoon and back at night.
Night driving wasn't very easy.
1 week later, Dr samer checked my eyes and finally let me go.
now im in week 3 after the operation...as they say, im over the clouds.
cant wait for week 4 so i can start diving.
Living without eye glasses is heaven...u only feel it when get rid of it.
The value i paid for this operation was so far the best money i ever paid in my life.
